Tuesday: Fried rice (a staple in our house- aka use up veggies!)
Wednesday: Meatball pizza and salads (no recipe, just winging it)
Friday: special breakfast: Crock Pot Breakfast Casserole (this was the one recipe we didn't get to during my birthday week, and I want to try it!)
Dinner: Lightened Up Chicken Enchiladas (which might become pork enchiladas, since that's what is already in the freezer)
